Domestic Purchases (USA)
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email us at email@example.com with the word RETURN in the subject line or message us @aanajaanahimalayan on Facebook/Instagram. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply repack the item you’d like to return in the mailing envelope or box that it came in (or use your own), print out the return label and affix it to the package, and drop it off at your local post office. We’ll refund your money within 3 business days of receiving your returned item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Items on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be in good condition with no visible signs of wear or use
At this time, we can refund international purchases only for items that are damaged in transit. If your purchase arrives damaged, let us know within one week of delivery. Take a photo of the damage and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the word REFUND in the subject line or message us @aanajaanahimalayan on Facebook/Instagram. We’ll refund your money within 3 business days of receiving your request.
